Kawaii Kon 2010 wasn’t as good as the previous years. Why? To be honest…I don’t know, it could be because the first day of Kawaii Kon 2010 was on a school day. The other reason could be because of the economies financial standing point worsened this year. Who knows, it could be a matter of both or maybe people was just taking a break from Anime or they forgot….again who knows.

But even though there was a smaller number of attendee’s Kawaii Kon 2010, it did not fail to amaze us.

Special Events

We had Masakazu Morita (voice actor for Kurosaki Ichigo from Bleach) appear as a guest of honor along with Hideo Ishikawa (voice of Uchiha Itatchi from naruto) and Daisuke Kishio (Kaname Kuran from Vampire Knight).
The reason why that’s so special is because they’ve NEVER been to a convention outside of Japan until now!
Wait there’s more! We also had Johnny Yong Bosch (English Dub voice actor for Kurosaki Ichigo) appear as a guest and it was a thrill to see Johnny and Morita meet for the first time.
