Whether you’re here to unwind with casual games, compete in our tournament-ready setups, or relive the classics with our retro gaming collection, there’s something for everyone. Come play, connect, and enjoy the gaming experience your way!
There’s no shortage of ways to dive into gaming fun. You can:
- Watch or participate in live tournaments featuring popular titles like League of Legends, Valorant, and Super Smash Bros.
- Jump in and play a wide variety of games including Rock Band, Dance Dance Revolution, Mario Kart, and many more!
Team up with friends by visiting our Video Game Console Island, where you can borrow consoles and set up your own gaming sessions.
Room Policies
To keep the Video Gaming Room safe, fun, and enjoyable for all attendees, please follow these guidelines:
- Respect others – Be courteous to fellow attendees and crew members at all times.
- No food or drinks in the Video Gaming Room. Please keep all snacks and beverages outside.
- Treat equipment with care – The systems, games, and accessories in this room have been generously provided by local organizations and community volunteers. Please treat everything as if it were your own. If equipment is damaged due to misuse or negligence, you may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
- Time limits may apply during busy hours to ensure everyone gets a chance to play.
- Return borrowed equipment in the condition you received it.
- No inappropriate behavior or language – Harassment, hate speech, or excessive profanity will not be tolerated.
- Chairs at gaming tables are reserved for players – While you are welcome to sit or relax, you may be asked to move so someone can participate in a game at that station. The chairs in front of the DDR machine are open for general seating at any time.
- Keep personal belongings with you – We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Follow staff instructions – For safety and fairness, please listen to directions from our gaming room staff and volunteers.
By entering the Video Gaming Room, you agree to follow these policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the room or convention without refund.
Parental Guidance
- The Video Gaming Room is open to all ages, but:
- Some games may be rated T for Teen or M for Mature.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring the games their children play.
- Staff and volunteers are not responsible for supervising minors.
We recommend that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Console Island
Enjoy casual gaming in our Console Island section! To borrow a controller and start playing, please stop by the Video Gaming Info Desk.
Borrowing a Controller
- A valid photo ID is required to check out a controller.
- Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Driver’s License
- State-issued ID
- School ID
- Passport
- Other ID with manager approval
- Credit cards, library cards, or similar items are not accepted.
Borrowing Policy
- You may borrow one controller per valid ID.
- Parents with children under 13 may borrow controllers for themselves and their children—up to three controllers total.
- Your ID will be held at the Info Desk and will be returned once all borrowed equipment is returned in good condition.
Please treat all equipment with care—many items have been generously provided by volunteers and community organizations. Help us keep Console Island a fun and accessible space for everyone!
