Zach Callison has been performing and using his voice as an artist since the age of 7. The Los Angeles-based musician, voice actor, content creator, and actor grew up in the bluesy nightclubs of St. Louis watching his father chase his own musical aspirations. The music he heard in those smokey bars became the inspiration for his performance art, and it remains a huge influence on his sound. At 8, Zach was performing in musical theater productions in front of 12,000 people on the stage of the St. Louis Muny.

Theater quickly turned into a career in film when he landed a role in the feature film, Kingshighway. Following his film debut his family moved from St. Louis to Los Angeles, where Zach continued to pursue his voice and film career while spending nights performing in cover bands and writing songs. He quickly began booking voice work, landing the lead role of “Steven” in one of Cartoon Network’s biggest hits, Steven Universe, as well as villain “Chuck” in Amazon Studios’ Just Add Magic. On top of his voice credits, he’s booked numerous guest appearances on television shows including ABC’s The Goldbergs and CBS’s NCIS: Los Angeles. Audiences have heard him sing on a variety of projects, including the Emmy-winning Sofia the First soundtrack and Steven Universe Soundtrack: Volume One, which hit the number one spot on the iTunes charts.

His many years in the business and successful base in voice acting has allowed Zach to continue working on projects that inspire him—including work on his own original scripts and shows. Recently, he began recording his first music project “A Picture Perfect Hollywood Heartbreak,” a narrative-based musical tale about a Hollywood love affair with a unique sound branded “theatrical alternative”. Zach’s debut single, “War!,” is slated to be his first major solo music release and his debut EP “A Picture Perfect Hollywood Heartbreak” is due out next year.
