What does it mean to register for Kawaii Kon?

Join us at Hawaii’s largest anime convention! You can purchase a membership for Kawaii Kon in advance of the show; your membership is good for all three of the convention days, and your membership badge can be picked up at any time during the weekend! Your membership badge will allow you access to guest panels, autographs, video gaming, table top gaming, the manga library, anime screenings, and so much more! Additional tickets for very special events may be available when you register online as well.

Why Register online?

Registering online for the convention has some great benefits for you! These include:

  • Being able to pick up your multi-day membership badges earliest on Thursday before the show.
    • Single day badges are to be picked up the day of.
  • A separate line is available for picking up membership passes from the walk-in line.
  • Not having to pay for the event and whatever purchases you may want to make at the show all at once.

Types of memberships available?

  • Kawaii Kon offers Multi-day, and 1 day membership options for adults and children. You cannot pick up a badge before the day it will be utilized however. This means that:
    • Only Multi-day memberships will be available on Thursday
    • On Friday, you may purchase a multi-day, or Friday only membership
    • On Saturday, you may purchase a Saturday only membership
    • On Sunday, you may purchase a Sunday only membership, and preregister for the following year

Children 10 and under now get in free with a paying adult.

Free child memberships (ages 10 & younger) must be retrieved with a registered parent or guardian with the child present.

How to get your badge?

Picking Up Membership Badges

You will need the following items to pick up your badge:

  • Valid Photo I.D.
  • Confirmation Email.

We will exclusively issue badges to individuals whose names are listed on the valid ID.

Valid Photo I.D. that Kawaii Kon will accept are, but not limited to:

  • State-issued I.D.
  • Driver’s License
  • Passport
  • School/ College/ University I.D.
  • Armed Forces I.D.

Picking up for a family member or friend

You can log into your Eventeny account and add that information to your ticket.

Transferring Your Membership

You can log into your Eventeny account and change the Attendee information.

Mail In Badges

You may have your badge(s) mailed to your address prior to Kawaii Kon. This option is limited and available starting from pre-registration for the next year at the Kon.

At the Door Registration

We have online registration but for those who want to pay cash, we will have at door registration!

What are the prices for registering at the door?

Adult At the Door Membership Prices

  • Multi-day membership – $110/person
  • Friday only – $50/person
  • Saturday only – $85/person
  • Sunday only – $85/person
  • Limited while quantities last

We will not replace any lost or destroyed badges and wristbands.

  • Autographs (some autographs may have additional costs depending on the guest)

  • VAST and Video Rooms
  • Tabletop and Video Gaming Rooms
  • Manga Library
  • Exhibition Hall (Artist Alley and Dealer’s Room)

Not Included:

  • VIP Experiences – some guests have VIP experiences
  • Tea Party (no Tea Party for 2026)
